Pre-Sale Raffle Number Form

In this form, you will be able to tell us your preferred raffle numbers (1-100). Pre-sale raffle numbers are sold for $100 per number.

However, the following PREMIUM NUMBERS are sold for $125 per number: 2, 3, 20, 42, 44.

After submitting this form, the Angels at Bat team will reach out to you to share payment method options & assign you your number.

Note: Your number is not reserved fully until your full payment has been completed. We expect the payment to be made within 7 days of submitting the form, but accomodations can be made upon request.
